How do I address the Key Selection Criteria?

  • Read the Key Selection Criteria (KSC) very carefully so that you understand the key terms and requirements and can prepare responses that are highly relevant and descriptive. Please keep your responses concise, quality rather than quantity is important.
  • When a KSC uses the term “demonstrate” you will need to give an actual example/s of how you have actually performed this activity or skill in your current or past role/s
  • When a KSC uses the term “knowledge” it requires you to explain how you acquired this knowledge or learning such as formal study, training attendance or on-the-job experience. You will also need to show how you have applied this knowledge in your work and/or study experience
